Terms of Service
Last Updated: 24/08/2024
Introduction
Welcome to GraphAI, a platform developed and operated by GraphAI Ltd (“GraphAI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). GraphAI provides infrastructure to index, structure, and query blockchain data in AI-native formats through our products, including GraphEngine, subgraph creation tools, APIs, and natural language interfaces (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services—including connecting your wallet, creating or querying subgraphs, or integrating via Model Context Protocol (MCP)—you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use GraphAI.
Changes to These Terms
GraphAI reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website with the “Last Updated” date adjusted accordingly. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
Eligibility & Access
You must be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to access GraphAI.
Your blockchain wallet address is your primary identity on GraphAI. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. GraphAI cannot retrieve lost private keys or reverse blockchain transactions.
GraphAI reserves the right to restrict access in jurisdictions subject to sanctions or legal restrictions.
Use of the Services
Users agree to:
Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Not interfere with, exploit, or abuse the platform (e.g., spamming queries, attempting unauthorized access).
Accept that subgraph creation and querying depend on blockchain and third-party APIs, which may experience outages, latency, or data inconsistency outside of GraphAI’s control.
Data & Intellectual Property
GraphAI’s software, interfaces, design, and knowledge graph outputs are proprietary.
Content produced via GraphAI (such as subgraph definitions) may be stored on decentralized or centralized infrastructure, but attribution to GraphAI must be maintained where displayed.
“GraphAI” and all associated marks and logos are trademarks of GraphAI Ltd and may not be used without prior written consent.
No Financial Advice
GraphAI provides structured blockchain data and query tools. Nothing provided should be construed as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Decisions based on outputs are your responsibility.
Risk Disclosure
By using GraphAI, you acknowledge the following:
Blockchain transactions are irreversible and inherently risky.
Subgraphs and query outputs may not always be accurate due to chain events, indexing delays, or third-party data feeds.
Digital assets are volatile, and reliance on GraphAI for trading, compliance, or financial activity is at your own risk.
Regulatory environments for digital assets continue to evolve and may impact use of the Services.
Token Utility & Rewards
Use of the $GAI token may enable participation in node operation, subgraph curation, staking, or governance. Engagement with tokens involves additional risks (market volatility, slashing penalties, or regulatory exposure). Users are solely responsible for understanding these risks before participating.
Privacy
GraphAI does not custody user funds or require personal identifiable information beyond wallet addresses. Public blockchain data is inherently transparent, and queries or subgraph outputs may be stored or logged to improve service quality. Additional integrations may rely on third-party providers subject to their own privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
GraphAI provides its Services “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraphAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of assets, profits, or data.
Force Majeure
GraphAI shall not be held responsible for delays or failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory actions, network outages, cyber-attacks, or other events commonly referred to as “Acts of God.”
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of Republic of Panama, unless prohibited by applicable law. Users waive the right to participate in class actions or collective claims.
